Vessel/Customer will receive our Ice Navigation Guidelines prior entry into ice-infested waters.
Vessel/Customer will receive daily, latest ice charts, ice forecast and marine weather forecast for the intended route. You can expect this from a Shipping Agency Services.
When deemed necessary Master/Customer can contact Ice Operator 24/7 to seek assistance/advice.
When Ice Advisor boards the vessel, together with the Master/vessel staff, he will inspect the vessel to make sure she is fully prepared for the passage in the ice and to deal with the extreme cold weather conditions.
During passage in ice, Ice Advisor will serve to assist the Owner/Master with safe navigation in ice-infested waters.
Upon completion of the voyage the Ice Advisor will make a brief report to the Customer requesting our .
